Radiation Oncology Victoria

Excellence in cancer radiotherapy

Welcome

Radiation Oncology Victoria (ROV) is a private provider of radiotherapy services across metropolitan Melbourne and country Victoria.

Our enduring aim is to maintain a high quality in patient care by providing a prompt, personalised and experienced service. We treat both private and non-insured patients.

We have a total of six centres and employ approximately 200 staff. Each centre is equipped with the most advanced state-of-the-art technology in radiation planning and treatment, to deliver a high quality of care for patients with cancer.

ROV has a proven track record of providing excellence in patient care since establishing its first centre in 1991 and we are third largest provider of radiotherapy services in Australia.

We are able to deliver highly conformal radiotherapy, including intensity-modulated radiotherapy, image-guided radiotherapy (IGRT), and brachytherapy including low-dose rate seed brachytherapy and high-dose rate brachytherapy.

Each ROV centre works in partnership with surrounding private and public hospitals, referring doctors, other medical professionals and the community to provide optimal care for cancer patients.
